Partnering with Wates Group and Clarion Housing for local Recruitment

We successfully participated in a collaborative recruitment event with Wates Group, a leading construction company and Clarion Housing Group, the country's largest housing association.

The event was a brilliant example of what can be achieved through true partnership and collaboration. We worked closely with Wates and Clarion to ensure that the event was tailored to meet the needs of potential candidates, providing them with the best possible information and opportunities to benefit their careers.  

The true stars of the event were all the Clarion Housing residents we met on the day, who are deeply committed to pursuing a career within the built environment. We ensured direct access to potential employers and offered comprehensive advice and valuable insights into the industry. The event included workshops, one-on-one sessions with Daniel Owen, and presentations from industry professionals, all aimed at equipping Clarion residents with the knowledge and skills they need to succeed.

The most rewarding outcome for Daniel Owen was seeing our first Clarion Housing resident begin their employment journey with us. This placement is concrete evidence of the event's success and effectiveness, solidifying our overall commitment to supporting our candidates every step of the way.

Looking ahead to the future, we are steadfast in our commitment to continuing our efforts to support Clarion Housing residents and other candidates in finding rewarding careers within the built environment.
