Marcio works as a Resident Service Officer for Southwark Council, and the feedback we receive for Marcio is exceptional.

One particular nomination was a tome of appreciation for Marcio so we wanted to feature the whole piece to help promote the level of his achievements.

I have had the pleasure of working alongside Marcio for several years, and I can confidently say that he embodies everything this award represents.

First and foremost, Marcio is an exceptionally dedicated employee who consistently puts his job first. He takes pride in his work and strives for excellence in every aspect of his role. His commitment to providing top-notch services to our tenants is unwavering, and he never hesitates to go above and beyond to ensure their needs are met. Whether it's dealing with a challenging situation or simply offering a listening ear, Marcio always puts our residents' wellbeing above everything else.

But Marcio's dedication doesn't stop there. As a caring father, he brings the same level of passion and devotion to his family life. He is a shining example of what it means to be a responsible, involved parent, and his love for his children is evident in everything he does. 

In his role as Resident Service Officer, Marcio has been instrumental in improving the lives of our tenants. He works tirelessly to address any issues they may have, from repairs and maintenance to support and guidance. His door is always open, and he never turns anyone away, always listening to their concerns and offering help wherever possible. His ability to connect with people from all walks of life is truly remarkable, and he has earned the respect and admiration of everyone he works with.

Marcio's contributions extend far beyond his day-to-day duties. He has played a key role in numerous community initiatives and events and supporting vulnerable residents during times of crisis. His selflessness and generosity know no bounds, and he continues to inspire others with his boundless energy and enthusiasm.

In conclusion, I cannot think of a more deserving candidate for Worker of the Year than Marcio Baptista. His dedication, compassion, and unwavering commitment to his job and family make him an exemplary individual who embodies the best qualities of a public servant. Seeing him recognised for his outstanding contributions would be an honour, and I strongly urge you to consider his nomination.
