A privately owned design, build, maintain and operate construction group headquartered in the Northwest.

The Challenge

An experienced project manager was needed to plan and oversee the delivery of an upcoming programme of works to upgrade housing stock in line with social housing decarbonisation regulations (SHDF). Timescales were unusually tight due to the start date of decarbonisation works, so a clearly defined timescale was agreed upon between Daniel Owen and the client.

The Solution

We strategically headhunted candidates and collated a shortlist of three highly experienced candidates, each with relevant expertise in large-scale developments. We presented the client with detailed CVs and tailored references to ensure they understood each candidate's fit for the project.
