I'm currently working with a leading main contractor in the social housing sector-who are looking to bring on board an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in retrofit or planned maintenance to join a progressive business with a strong pipeline of work and a real social purpose behind their projects.

The Opportunity

You'll be based out of their Central London head office, working closely with a highly capable commercial and operational team. The role involves overseeing the commercial delivery of retrofit and planned works schemes - so a mix of office and site presence is essential.

What They're Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

• A solid background in quantity surveying within social housing, public sector, or refurbishment projects
• Experience with retrofit works, including energy efficiency upgrades, decarbonisation, or major planned maintenance
• Strong knowledge of JCT or NEC contracts
• A hands-on approach with excellent communication and negotiation skills
• A UK driving licence (site travel required)
