Resident Liaison Officer Responsibilities:

We are looking for an experienced Resident Liaison Officer to join our team in the Berkshire region.

You will be a key part of the Property team being the first port of contact for residents and providing pre-condition surveys.

The role:

• You will have clear correspondence with clients
• Provide Customer satisfaction surveys
• Provide Pre-condition surveys
• Have weekly/monthly meetings, reporting to the Contracts Manager on engagement and complaints
• Be required to travel to locations within Wiltshire/Dorset/Winchester areas as it's a face-to-face role with customers

You must be IT literate as you'll be required to use Outlook and and iPad daily
