PCV Bus Shunter

Daniel Owen Agency are currently seeking PCV Bus Shunters to join a well-established transport company based in Bridport. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced professionals looking for stable work within the industry.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Moving and shunting buses safely within the depot

• Ensuring vehicles are correctly parked and positioned for servicing, fuelling, and cleaning

• Carrying out basic safety checks before and after moving buses

• Working in coordination with maintenance and cleaning teams

• Adhering to health and safety procedures at all times

Requirements:

• MUST hold a valid PCV licence

• Previous experience in bus shunting is preferred but not essential

• Ability to manoeuvre large vehicles confidently in a busy depot environment

• Strong awareness of safety regulations and depot procedures

• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
