Multi-Trader Opportunities - Bathroom and Kitchen Fitters (Property Services)

We are currently looking for two experienced Multi-Traders to join our team on a social housing property maintenance contract. The role would be covering Reading and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out bathroom and kitchen installations, including tiling, flooring, and plastering.

• Perform essential maintenance tasks including painting, basic carpentry, and general repairs.

• Ensure all work meets high-quality standards, in line with health and safety regulations.

• Provide excellent customer service and maintain professionalism when dealing with tenants.

Skills Required:

• Proven experience in bathroom and kitchen fitting, including tiling and flooring.

• Competence in plastering, painting, and general maintenance work.

• Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.

• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.

• Experience working in social housing or similar environments is desirable.

Rates:
