We are recruiting for an experienced Groundworker to assist in the reactive repairs and maintenance of social housing and void operations across West London and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities:

• Undertaking all aspects of ground works including fencing, bricklaying, communal paving, flagging, and drainage within a social housing setting.
• Using an electronic personal digital assistant device to receive and record work

Requirements:

• Full UK Driving Licence (manual)
• City & Guilds in General Construction Ops OR Groundworker Apprenticeship (desirable)
