General Maintenance

We're looking for a hands-on, reliable General Maintenance Worker to support day-to-day repair and upkeep tasks across residential and communal properties in the Bristol area.

This is a great opportunity for someone practical, professional, and confident working independently across multiple sites.

Role Responsibilities:

• Carrying out general maintenance and repair tasks

• Basic plumbing, joinery, and patch plastering

• Fixing door handles, locks, skirting, minor tiling, etc.

• Replacing light fixtures and fittings (basic electrical)

• Ensuring work areas are left clean and tidy

• Reporting any major faults or health & safety issues

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar maintenance or handyman role

• Comfortable using tools and basic materials

• Valid Enhanced DBS (essential due to working in occupied or sensitive environments)

• Good communication and time management skills

• Driving licence and own transport preferred
