We have an opportunity for Electricians to join our client's responsive maintenance team in West London and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities:

• The primary focus of this role will be to undertake reactive day-to-day repair in resident's properties
• Achieve first time fix and deliver high standard workmanship
• Manage the resident's expectation and ensure to provide a follow-on service
• Maintaining and updating PDA devices with work schedules and key information, consistently providing excellent customer service and professionalism.

Requirements:

• Previous Experience in reactive maintenance within the social housing sector.
• Core strength trade background as an electrician
• A full UK driving licence as travel between properties is required
• Must have a City & Guilds or NVQ in Electrical installations and an 18th edition

Benefits:

The working hours are from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday and our client also supplies a company van and fuel card.
