Carpenter Multi (Empty Homes Team)
Location: Newbury, Berkshire
Salary: £36,000 - £38,000 per annum
Contract Type: Permanent

Our client is looking for an experienced and qualified Carpenter Multi to join their Empty Homes Team in the Berkshire area.

You'll play a key role in preparing and maintaining empty properties, carrying out a variety of carpentry and general maintenance tasks to a high standard.

Key responsibilities:

• 1st & 2nd fix carpentry on residential properties

• Installing windows, doors, and fencing

• UPVC repairs and installation

• Locksmith work and entry methods

• Kitchen fitting and general maintenance (basic plumbing, plastering, tiling, decorating)

What you'll need:

• NVQ Level 2 in Carpentry or 5+ years' experience

• Full UK driving licence

• Strong understanding of health & safety

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

This is a full-time, permanent role (40 hours per week) with opportunities to boost earnings through overtime and call-outs.
